Developing site-specific method statements – and visiting each active site on a regular 4-6 week basis.

After Site visits we provide summaries of site visits to all Clients if they so wish

Detailed investigation into each accident in depth to establish cause and identify opportunities for improvement.

Regular training to all staff to make sure that they are up-to-date on health and safety issues.
